Strategic Coaching

What is Strategic Coaching?


Strategic Coaching is a holistic and target-orientated form of personnel development. This interactive, consulting and accompanying process is temporary and impacts the interface between professional matters and personality. Thus the approach is both system and personal orientated.


What impact does Strategic Coaching have?


The positive effects of strategic coaching are versatile and persistent. Centred are the activation of personal resources and the development of new points of view. Thereby the competences of reflections, communication and leadership skills are augmented; our clients act more efficiently and enable their organisation to achieve a greater output.


 

How an individual coaching is organized?


The length of an Individual-Coaching-Session is 45 minutes. Commonly in the first step there are five sessions of 90 minutes to analyse the problem, the personal structure and its interaction, if necessary there can be further five sessions of 90 minutes in order to develop concrete development steps and individual future projects. By request one further session after about 6 months can take place to sustain the learning curve.


How is a group coaching organized?


An essential element of a group coaching is, that the participants come out of different areas and departments and don’t work in a common project or team. Everybody brings forward his/her concern or case out of his/her personal work area. According to the principle of cooperative consultancy the participants bring their field competences, experience, different opinions and problem solution skills into this coaching process.


  • Compact Seminar: three full days (Main focus presentation of cases)
  • 6 day seminar: 2 Modules each of 3 days
  • One-Year-Course: 5-Day Starters Seminar + 5 other seminars, each lasts one day and a half  

    Size of the group: 6-8 Participants

How is a team coaching organized?


Team-Coaching addresses already existing teams, whose team members’ work together in order to reach a common challenge or target. The course of a coaching depends substantially on the phase in which a team is at this moment.

 

Teambuilding:

For this we offer all-embracing consulting and support to of the team-building process as well as the conception and the facilitation of the kick-off event.

Team-Development:

We accompany this process during the entire life-cycle of a team. The necessary frequency and number of consulting and facilitation days will be adjusted individually.

Team-Coaching:

From experience 1 to 2 sessions with the team are necessary to analyse the status quo and to initiate essential measures for change. To faster the learning curve one more session after a certain period of time has proved very valuable.
